Dr. Clarisa Somali

Veterinarian

Dr. Clarisa Somali graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology before obtaining her DVM degree from the Ontario Veterinary College. Following graduation from veterinary school, she completed a rotating internship at an emergency and referral hospital in Rochester, New York.

She has an interest in soft tissue surgery, cardiology, and nutrition, and is Fear Free Certified. As well, she has a broad range of experience, including volunteering internationally with Global Vets and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). She is an advocate for preventative medicine in order to keep pets healthy and happy for as long as possible, and she looks forward to meeting the furry members of your family!

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Somali likes to spend her time traveling, trying her hand at new craft projects, and catching up on the latest shows and movies.
